Textured rubber equine seamless flooring and wall systems – Abacus Padenpor™ DLX and Abacus Padenpor™ FDP are top of the line flooring products. These pad and pour systems were originally designed for thoroughbreds, sport and performance horses. It’s use has expanded to incorporate dog fitness areas and surfaces where the safety of your animal is utmost.
Due to the rubber composition, Padenpor™ DLX provides the ultimate in safety and comfort, with carefully cleaned and shredded recycled rubber. The rubber composition is 4mm to 38mm depending upon purpose and the desire of the client. The thicker the rubber base the more resilient the floor thereby offering superior shock absorption for your animals. For example, a thicker rubber base would be recommended for recovery rooms and stalls and a thinner base for aisles where the use of machinery and constant traffic is present but the need for a sterile environment is still high.

Barn Floors and Walls
PADENPOR is a rubberized, seamless, texturized floor and wall system. It is constructed using recycled rubber and self leveling polyurethanes. The resilience of PADENPOR reduces stress and fatigue.
The rubber is available in different densities and thicknesses. Depending on the application you can have harder or softer surfaces. For instance you may want a harder surface in aisle ways, but a softer surface in recovery/foaling areas.
